11.23.15 Fiat at the Los Angles Auto Show 2015
The LA Auto Show is a periodic milestone for Fiat, as they reintroduced themselves to the American market four years ago at this event. They often use the show as a change to launch a new product, and this year was no different.
The floor was wowed by the reveal of the Fiat 124 Spider which shared the stage with the original Spider to highlight the similarities in the reverent yet innovative design.
“There’s no better way to celebrate 50 years of the Fiat 124 Spider than to bring back this iconic roadster, pairing its Italian styling of the past with all of the modern performance and technology of today,” said Olivier François, Head of FIAT Brand, FCA – Global. “The 124 Spider expands the FIAT family, bringing to market yet another head-turning, fun-to-drive vehicle for our customers.”
The design team of UVLD was headed by founding partner John Ingram with Jeff Nellis serving as lighting designer. We were honored to be a part of the creative team headed by executive producer Laura Leigh of O2 Creative Solutions. PRG provided the scenic automation and our lighting gear was provided by SEIBO. Sal Restuccia made it all easy, serving as our production electrician.
